Instructions for Authors

Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be prepared in English. Documents should be double-spaced with wide margins. Pages must be numbered consecutively, including figures, tables, acknowledgments, and references.

Manuscripts should be submitted as a single MS Word or PDF file, with all figures and tables included.

Terms of Submission

• All authors must agree to the journal’s policies.
• Published content is freely accessible for non-commercial use.
• Submissions must not infringe copyright or third-party rights.
• Manuscripts must not be submitted elsewhere simultaneously.

Peer-Review Process

WJACR follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartial evaluation and adherence to ethical standards.

Article Types

• Case Reports: 1000–3000 words
• Clinical Images: Up to 150 words, maximum 2 images
• Special Issue Collections: 1000–5000 words
• Editorials: 500–1500 words
• Commentaries: No strict length limit

Cover Letter Requirements

References

Use the Vancouver referencing style. References must be numbered sequentially.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Article Processing Charges (APC) range from USD 450, depending on the article type and funding status. Fees are payable upon acceptance and are non-refundable.

Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain copyright. Content is available for non-commercial use under open access licensing. Plagiarized submissions will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

• Before peer review: No charge
• After peer review: 50% APC charged
